Our Story
ASN Property Investments is a family-owned and run business whose journey started in 2001 when we bought our first rundown and undervalued property, with the view to renovating and selling for a decent profit.

After this successful venture, we went on to buy, renovate and rent out a number of properties of all sizes and states of disrepair, all of which were not only profitable but gave us long-term yields and rental income.

We're continually looking to expand, grow and collaborate with other investors and would love to assist you with growing your portfolio and profiting from the property industry.
Alex Nicholas - Founder & Director
Alex is the co-founder and director of ASN and has been developing, refinancing, and flipping houses since 2001.
​
He's also a landlord of 20+ years and has a personal portfolio of standard AST buy-to-lets and rent to serviced accommodation units.
